• Who is this treatment suitable for?

  For those with concerns such as acne scars, stretch marks, enlarged pores, uneven skin tones, pigmentation, facial lines and wrinkles, or those who simply wish to look more refreshed, microneedling can be an effective treatment.

• How painful is the treatment?

  Numbing cream can be used to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible. 

• How long does it take?

  Given that there are fewer factors to consider, consultations are typically rather brief. The treatment itself lasts for around 40 minutes, plus another 20 minutes for the anaesthetic cream to take effect. You should plan to spend a total of around one hour.

• What will I look like immediately after?

  You may look sunburned however, that redness has usually subsided the following day or a couple of days after.

• What is the downtime?

  Depending on the depth of the needles used during treatment, recovery time is usually minimal. I’d suggest to put aside a couple of days after the treatment.

• How long do the results last?

  When microneedling causes pinprick bleeding, it indicates that collagen formation has reached its optimum level.
